2 men disguished as policemen abducted an East Malaysian man

2 Indian men in a white colored van disguised as policemen abducted an East Malaysian man while walking home after a movie at KLCC along Lebuhraya Smart at 3am 20th August 2010. There were initially 3 other Indian men in the van as well, but they left the van half way through the incident. The 2 men tied the victim's hands and legs, took all belongings and withdrew all the money from Maybank ATM at knife point. They finally decided to spare the victim's life and dropped him off at Taman Jaya LRT at 8am and gave him RM10, I.C. and license. Victim was seriously traumatized as crime of this sort is not as common in East Malaysia.
