Three air stewardesses were attacked, two of them molested, at the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) car parks recently, prompting AirAsia to urgently appeal to Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) to upgrade security and lighting in the parking areas.
The latest incident happened at 5.30am on Thursday where a man came up and started hugging an air stewardesses who was just getting into her car to go home, said AirAsia Berhad flight operations director Capt Datuk Fareh Ishraf Mazputra on Friday.
The man pushed her into the car and got in himself. He ran off after she started screaming and honking the horn. She then made a police report, he said.
