ANTARA WIJAYA SDN. BHD.

On 18 September 2012 we purchased some cameras from ANTARA WIJAYA SDN. BHD. (Sales World Malaysia - salesworld@salesperson.net) for the sum of $558. We found this merchant on Alibaba.com.

We received an email to advise that the items were sent, with a tracking number for a courier company called World Link Express (www.worldlinkexpress.com).

However, we then received an email from World Link Express to advise that our shipment was held in customs and that we needed to pay a further $319 in order to release them.

When we contacted the seller NTARA WIJAYA SDN. BHD. (Sales World Malaysia) to find out what was happening, we found that their Alibaba.com account had been closed, and they stopped replying to our emails.

We also then discovered that the courier company WORLD LINK EXPRESS was also bogus (phone numbers did not work, did not respond to emails).

We therefore now realise that our money has been taken but no goods provided.
