Assaulted by Snatch Thief

I was walking with my two small kids and dog in Lorong Terasek, Bangsar Baru. Two Malay men on a motorbike came up, said "Excuse me" then one jumped off, wrapped one arm around my neck, and then tried to grab my necklace. I had no bag with me. I screamed and screamed as loud as I could, and he then gave up and pushed my 5 year old daughter away, then jumped on the motorbike and left. Later I found out that my bracelet was missing. I was a bit bruised from scraping my elbow on the road.
