Balik Pulau MP's mum robbed in her house
The mother of Balik Pulau MP Yusmadi Yusoff had a rude shock after she was robbed in her house in Jalan Baru, Balik Pulau early Wednesday.
Fatimah Ahmad, 73, was jolted from her sleep at about 4am by a man who held a knife at her throat and demanded money and valuables.
Fatimah, who was alone at home, handed over her valuables, including RM3,000.
It is learnt that she was punched in the face by the robber.
A police spokesman confirmed the incident and that Fatimah lodged a report at 6.30am.
