Black Perdana WQX676 hit a Kancil in LDP near Bandar Utama

Around 9:10AM in the morning.
Black Perdana WQX676, with passenger inside, hit a Kancil (can't remember the colour silver or champagne), with passengers as well.
I was right behind it when that happened and I thought the Perdana would stop but it did not, it accelerated instead. So I picked up and get close to take down the number plate.
Eventually, the Perdana turned into the DUKE Highway right before the Damansara Perdana exit.
Idiotic Act.
