Cake shop owner loses RM140,000 car in robbery

KUALA LUMPUR, Tues: Three men robbed a woman of her car worth about RM140,000 when she was about to open her cake shop for business in Kampung Baru, Salak Selatan Baru today.

Cheras police deputy chief Supt Abdul Rahim Hamzah Othman said the victim, in her 30s, was also assaulted by the trio in the incident about 8am.

The robbers, who took away her handbag, escaped in the victim's car and another car which they had earlier brought.-- BERNAMA
