Car Vandalism - A Sign of Car Theft @ Palm Spring Damansara

Someone bent my front wiper this morning when I took my car to work. It alerts me of the sign that my car is aimed by the car theft.

Few weeks back, my neighbour's car - waja (park next to my car) was stolen. Prior to this, there was a note on his car windscreen for few days, asking the owner to call him back (It's an Indian name). I believe he was not around those days. Hence, no one has removed the note. Unfortunately, his car was dissappeared a day after the note was removed.
