Dad slashes son's wrist and flees

TEMERLOH: A man is on the run after he slashed his son on the wrist in an argument over money,

The man had allegedly taken out his frustration on his 11-year-old son after his wife had refused to give him money for alcohol.

The jobless suspect took out a razor blade and held his son "hostage" and slashed him when the wife insisted she had no money. The incident occurred at about 4.30pm at their home in Sungai Kawang, on Wednesday.
