Indian Gangsters Asking for Protection Money from newly-opened Ipoh Chicken Rice Shop

The incident happened from around 7 pm to 7:20pm. A bunch of Indian gangsters (3-4 guys, one skinny, one fatty negotiating with the boss, the other 2 I forgot their body built)were extorting 'protection fee' from the newly-opened Ipoh Chicken Rice Shop (opposite Pappa Rich). However, the owner of the shop refused to give in and the bunch of thugs became rowdy causing a ruckus in the restaurant. They were driving in Proton Wira with a black hood. The fat thug was wearing a singlet and got his back tattooed.
