Kidnapped my mum @ my door house

it was midnight 4am in the morning when my mum came back from fetching my sister to the airport. when she arrive home just after she want to park her car at our backyard, 2 cars came from both side and block the way. 2 guys came down and approach to my mum with a palang knife and force my mum to get in the car and separated my mum wallet and handphone at the same time. both car ran away with different direction. after that my mum was ask to withdraw money from the bank also frightening mum that there is a group of indian that is guarding us (which is fake) at our house. my mum was scare and easily surrender and paid RM4000. after my mum was kidnapped i went to nearest police station and make report ....but they dont seem to be helpful as didnt called their people who is in duty to help to search instead making a report for RM2 is important!!!

when the sun rise my mum was luckily return safety without harm but she frighten and shocked, came home with tears.
