Malay police officer conned africans

A malay police officer who goes by the name Puspawatie binti abdul rahman has been conning unsuspecting african students here. I am a victim too. She would pose as a loanshark and mount pleasure on people to obtain loan from her. it seems that her targets are africans. Just last week, i traced her to bukit puchong police station, but when i lodged a report, the first indian policeman pretended as if she was not working there. It was the second officer i met few minutes later who called the number i gave him and called her dato. All the police officers in malaysia are into fraud. The swindle foreigners here. So shine your eyes well well if you are a foreigner in this country.
