A factory worker who was 'romantically' linked to a married Indonesian colleague, was found hacked to death in Sungai Buloh early today.
Yap Voon Keat's hands were almost severed while the back of his head sustained a deep gaping wound when the body was found at Lot 123 in Kampung Melayu about 4.20am.
Earlier, the 21-year-old victim had sent the woman home after an outing when he was set upon by a group of men armed with sharp weapons.
Gombak police chief ACP Abdul Rahim Abdullah said Yap's body was sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital for post-mortem.
He said the police were in the midst of tracking down the Indonesian couple to facilitate investigations.
