Morgan Stewart frauded Dianne Rodgers of the US of a ring for $1400.00. He acted like he paid for it through paypal and created fake site. He instructed me to send it & put the tracking number of CW162258605US into his fake system of paypal before he'd release the money. I would appreciate if someone could help me get my ring back. Beware of this person and Vennesa Ashley too who communicates for him.
