Morgan Stewart frauded Tony Beach of the US of a ring for $11,000.00. He acted like he paid for it through paypal and created fake site. He instructed me to send it & put the tracking number of EG717079445US into his fake system of paypal before he'd release the money. I would appreciate if someone could help me get my ring back. Beware of this person and Mike Byan too who communicates for him.
