police rob students

months ago (cant remember the actual date) the actual, saw 2 REAL (i think its real) policeman on bike stopped two secondary school students (also on bike) in front of secret receipe shop. Then one of the students took out his mobile phone from his pocket, was trying to call someone, then suddenly one of the policeman snatched it.I saw the boys were trying to demand for the mobile to be returned but shortly the policeman rode off. This is what i called as "licence theft"
