Robbed at gunpoint in Ikano lift lobby

Chinese man, small-built, in his 30s, using blue surgical mask, rushed into the P2 lift lobby - the pair of lifts that is nearest to the Pet Safari (located on 2nd floor). He has short black hair.

He went straight for the chinese lady who was holding a box, pointed the gun at her and told not to move. He took her handbag and then pointed the gun to me and also told me not to move. He proceeded to take my handbag and then ran out of the lift lobby.

I looked through the exit door as I was kneeling next to it and saw the man get onto a motocycle, license plate _HY4686. He saw me looking at him so he pointed his gun at me and motioned me not to move.
