Should I BANG him with my car (if he really snatch the girl bag)?
It was 630pm at Persiaran Puchong Jaya Selatan. I saw an adult Chinese girl with a hand bag, "running away for a bit" from a Malay motor rider that tried to get close to her.
The girl was looking scared and doesn't want to look/glance at the motor rider. She continues walking faster, while the motor rider continues to pursue her.
I saw this incident from the traffic light where my car is waiting for the light to turn green. I think the Malay motor rider will snatch the girl's bag at any time from now. If it happens, what shall I do?
If the light turns green and the guy snatches the girl's bag, should I bang him with my car from the back? What happens if I accidentally killed him with that intention? Do I get myself into jail for murder? I am sure, you as a reader here will tell me that "yes, you will go to jail for murdering the snatch theft".
This is ridiculous, all I want to do is justice and help to eliminate crime that happens right in front of my eyes. But concerns creep me up, because Malaysia's law doesn't allow me to become a hero. Malaysia law should allow people like us to help, and if we accidentally killed a snatch theft, we shall not be punished, but get reward from our heroic action.
The light then turned green, and I drove my car to the back of the motor rider and honked loudly at him non stop for about 10 seconds. He stopped, turned around, and looked at me. The girl however, continue to walk away without even turning around to see who is making the honk, and with that, I am 100% sure these two (the Chinese girl and the Malay guy) do not know each other.
I drove away after that because that is a busy road and I have to continue driving. I don't know what happens after that, but I hope what I have done is enough to prevent a crime to happen.
The question here is, what will you do if the Malay guy really snatch the girl's bag and you are in the position to bang your car on him.
What will you do?

Yeah..Till the guy snatched the hand bag you have no right to bang him or kill him or do what-so-ever to him right?
even police force ambushed the drug dealers also need to wait till they exchange the good/money on hand...
I did consider the kind of problem, i will knock down him in case he snatched the bad, the i will stop the car...
Althought it is dangeerous...I will make the decision to give the rider deep punishment!
I think, this is not good enough. They may miss this target, they still can hunt for more prey behind you.
If you really want to be hero, get ready with your weapon like the steering lock, and wait their action. Hit their wheel like stunt and make them falls. Break their leg so they never had a chance to do it again.
Very brave of you to honk the fellow. Who knows if he might turn on you instead. But in situation like that, I will also honk him. It surprise that the girl did not react to your honking. Maybe she was too scared that time to think clearly. A very sticky situation. You have done as much as you can.

Very interesting and hard decision to make! I think for everyone reading this posting, we will definitely have many many consideration, before we do something drastic.
But think about this.
What if the chinese girl is your wife/sister/mother. What if the guy snatch the handbag, and she fell, and went into coma or die (many such cases in newspaper). And you were there, an opportunity to drive your car into the guy.
What would you do now?
