A Good Samaritan found them near a factory in the outskirts of the city here. The Year Six girl had stitch marks on her scalp, bruises on her cheek and below the eyes, blue-black marks on her arms and a cut on her leg. he boy, a Year Two pupil, had bruises on his back and on his buttocks and legs.
Factory manager Lu Ting Kee said he saw the children wandering around on Wednesday evening and handed them to the police. Police now want to question the grandparents.
