Saw Singapore motorcycle 4066 stolen by driver of WRN 6733 white MPV. 2 males. 1 chinese and another could be malay or indonesian. Both wear black t-shirt. person riding bike uses a yellow T-shaped tool. Saw him wrench on the ignition key of motorcycle before he start the vehicle and drive it away.
